Status is a comprehensive communication tool that combines a private messenger, secure crypto wallet, and Ethereum Web3 DApp browser. It serves as your operating system for Ethereum, offering a range of features for seamless and secure communication.

The private messenger feature allows you to engage in private 1:1, private group, and public chats without relying on unnecessary middlemen. By removing centralized choke points from your messages, Status prioritizes your privacy and ensures secure messaging. With end-to-end encryption and privacy by default, only you and your intended recipient can view your messages - not even Status itself. It's like having a secret messenger at your disposal.

Status also integrates a cryptocurrency wallet, enabling peer-to-peer and borderless payments directly within the messenger. Seamlessly send global payments to anyone, anywhere, without the need for a traditional financial intermediary.

The Status crypto wallet is designed to securely send, store, trade, and exchange Ethereum assets, including ETH, SNT, stable coins like DAI, and NFTs. With this Ethereum wallet app, you can confidently take control of your cryptocurrency and digital assets. However, please note that the Status blockchain wallet currently only supports ERC-20 and ERC-721 assets; it does not support Bitcoin.
